Toyota confirms the presentation of the production of the Toyota Yaris Hybrid in Geneva. Amid the largest market for diesel cars in the world, Toyota wants to topple an economy car running on gasoline.
The Toyota Yaris Hybrid will also focus on reducing the emissions to be released from extra fees in some regions of Europe and have an affordable, competing with the proposed ecological-based diesel.
With emissions below 100 g / km average consumption of around 30 km / liter and competitive price, the Toyota Yaris Hybrid promises to intensify the green compact segment in Europe. In Japan, Toyota has made choice of Toyota Aqua, which reaches to 40 km / liter and uses technology of the Prius.
