2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS : 2012 Beijing Auto Show

Porsche has released the first images of the new 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS, which will be presented to the public this month at 2012 Beijing Auto Show.

The new 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS, a sportier version of the Cayenne S, follows the same recipe Panamera GTS, introduced last Los Angeles Auto Show, and has more powerful engine, chassis more rigid and less clear distance from the ground .

Equipped with a V8 naturally aspirated engine of 4.8 liters and 420 horsepower, the Cayenne GTS has 20 hp more than the Cayenne S. To transmit all that power to the pavement, the Porsche Cayenne GTS is fitted with automatic 8-speed Tiptronic S, with shorter final drive ratio and wheel drive. Furthermore, the new function Cayenne GTS received start / stop, which ensures the rational fuel.

According to the factory, the Cayenne GTS accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 km / h. In tests in Europe, the 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS has provided an average consumption of 9.3 km / l.

As standard equipment, the new Cayenne GTS has the PASM – Porsche Active Suspension Management, which leaves 24 mm lower than the Cayenne S.

Visually, the Cayenne GTS has the same bumpers Turbo model, however, entirely painted. Also includes unique items of the GTS model as prominent side skirts and rear spoiler, and two new colors: Peridot Metallic and Carmine Red.
